2025 TEAL CUP WINNER - CHLOE

CONGRATULATIONS to Chloe on being awarded the 2025 Titan of the Year at Presentation Day.

Well done Chloe on being such a GREAT TITAN.

Here is Chloe's nomination- Chloe is always the first to arrive at Coachwood Reserve on game day,

ready and excited to play. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her large

team of supporters are always on the sidelines cheering her on.

After scoring a goal, Chloe makes sure to high-five everyone—not just

her teammates and coaches, but even the opposition's parents! Her

sportsmanship and positive energy shine through in every game.

Chloe is incredibly supportive of her team. She often helps fellow players

by showing them where to position themselves to score or offering

encouraging words to lift their spirits. This year, she even lent a hand to

the coach by helping with pre-game shooting drills—passing the ball to

the next player in line and keeping things running smoothly.

Chloe has a happy, positive nature and truly embodies the spirit of the

Titans. She’s not just a great player—she’s a role model for what it

means to be a team player.

Teal Cup history….

Sutherland Titans FC was formed in 2005, by then Gymea United FC President Stuart Teal (pictured behind Chloe) & his daughter Bree Teal. Games were initially played at Gymea Bay Oval 2 on Saturday afternoons. Stewart Teal who became the first Titans President, and his daughter Bree, spent many hours on and off the field to ensure that these games took place.

To celebrate Gymea United FC’s 60th anniversary in 2019, and the history the club has with Titans, GUFC approached the Titans executive and it was decided GUFC would sponsor a Titan of the Year Award with a trophy to be named the 'Teal Cup' and a small gift.
